To continue bringing United Carolina Beverages employees together we will migrate email and OneDrive for all into the K1MS environment. This update is designed to strengthen collaboration both internally for United Carolina Beverages and across all of the houses of K1MS, making it easier for us to work together and collaborate more seamlessly.

Here is your To Do List! Please Check It off As you Complete Each Task

STARTING 4/8/2026

1. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for subject “REMINDER: Email Migration“
2. SAVE your new login information
   • WRITE DOWN your login info
3. DOWNLOAD the Microsoft Authenticator App here: IOS | Android

STARTING 4/13/2026

1. LOG IN to your email using your new login information that you wrote down
   • You will need the Microsoft Authenticator App here!
   • You will be prompted to reset your password.
   • Please record your new password for yourself

Email Blackout – 6pm Friday (4/10) to 4am Monday (4/13)

Starting at 6pm on Friday 4/10 you will lose access to your email. Enjoy the peace and quiet! Don’t worry, Monday 4/13 at 4am you may log back in with your new credentials.
